Well another weekend has passed and little of note has taken place. I didn’t go out Friday or Saturday night. As it gets colder, I have less and less desire to go out, especially at night. And, according to the news, it’s supposed to snow sometime week…sweet! Although, I heard that when it snowed (all of three times, at most three or four inches!) last year, they closed school because no one around here has a shovel or a way to dig out and some teachers don’t come to school; my heart wouldn’t break if this were to happen…

This afternoon Jesús came over and we went out for cañas. We started out at Pinta then went to La Komba. We spent a while at La Komba and played some darts. I’ve never played before, so it was interesting…at first I didn’t throw them hard enough and then when I did, my aim was just bad! Yeah, I’ll have to work on that.

P.S. ~ While the fam was at the dinner last night, this was my feast (hamburger, potatoes, peppers and onions)…not as elegant, but it was tasty!
