Today was pretty average. We finished talking about the food PowerPoint in 6C and did a couple more activities involving house vocab in 2B. in Lourdes’ 3B, we weren’t able to do ANYTHING because the class talked and yelled SO much…my being there was pointless. I had a free hour after recreo, so I looked over the book I brought about Thanksgiving. Last hour I was in 5A and helped the class review for their exam tomorrow.

Every Monday a group of teachers goes to the restaurant Stone for lunch and I went with them today! I had paella for first platter, second was meat shish kabobs and dessert was this sort of chocolate ice creamy thing. Everything was really good! Because it’s Monday, all the teachers went back to school from four to seven for the mandatory time. I went also so I could help plan out some thanksgiving activities. They already had a collection of several activities, so I just kind of looked through them and picked out several I liked…I still have to narrow them down a bit though and I want to find a simple PowerPoint that explains the history/origins.

I got home about six o’clock and since I had such a big lunch, I’m not anywhere near hungry yet, so I have some time to look up some Thanksgiving things…I can’t believe it’s next week already!
